Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to send a fax with dtaas.com, with a keyboard, a screen reader, large text or a phone.
Last updated: October 31, 2026
What we aim for
Our goal is for this site and the account pages to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
How we check
- Automated checks (axe-core) on every page of the site and the account pages.
- Keyboard only: every control can be reached, and focus is always visible.
- Text at twice the size, with extra letter and line spacing, on screens 320 pixels wide.
- High contrast (forced colors) mode, light and dark, and reduced motion.
- The pages still work with JavaScript turned off.
What we know isn't perfect
- The page previews show your own pages as pictures. A screen reader announces each one as a fax page preview, but it can't read what's written on it. The page count and the price are given as text.
- Payments open on a checkout page run by Stripe. We don't control that page.
