What this checks

That dtaas.com issued a receipt with this code, and what we recorded about the delivery. It doesn't show what the document says, and it can't tell you whether a copy you hold is the same document.

The code and fingerprint come from the receipt itself. We show only that it's real, the date and the page count. Never the number it went to. Scanning the QR code on the receipt fills in the form for you.
